Terms of Service

1. Service

Aven provides on-demand GPU compute on a prepaid basis. You fund a wallet and consume capacity metered per second. Capacity is provisioned at third-party data centres and released when you stop it.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential. You must be eligible to contract and not located in a sanctioned/embargoed jurisdiction.

3. Payments

All usage is prepaid in USD. Funds added to your wallet are consumed as you use the service. Prices shown are per GPU-hour and may change with availability.

4. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it or that pose a security or legal risk.

5. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Where a tax applies to your purchase it is itemized on your invoice; exports of services are generally zero-rated. You are responsible for any taxes that are your obligation under applicable law.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific GPU. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior month.

7. Governing law

Aven Cloud is operated by its issuing entity registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and invoicing follows the applicable UAE requirements. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
