Data we collect

Account details (email and, where required, KYC information), billing data handled by our payment processors, and operational metadata about the instances you run (type, duration, cost). We do not access the contents of your workloads.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, meter and bill usage, produce invoices, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Card data is processed by Stripe and never stored by us. We retain only the payment references needed for accounting.

Retention & your rights

We keep records as long as needed for the service and for legal/tax obligations. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at [email protected], subject to those obligations.
